Description

Good management of human resources of a company is a source of efficiency, performance and quality at all levels. This program presents a practical and effective approach to solve the problems of human resources, combining the latest research with theory.

It has been designed for the development of knowledge and the management skills of its participants, which is among the companies: people in organizations.

Businesses today need to get optimal performance and skills of its personnel. The purpose of the program is to empower managers to recruit and keep staff competent in the place that best serves.

Objective
